Weird feedback interference by ebay

So a friend of mine told me about feedback they left for a seller - very much deserved IMO - into a positive by ebay... and the negative comment is still there next to a green dot!  Anyone ever seen this before? 

 

Interesting ebay violating their own feedback policies. lol

I am going to take a wild guess here and say that your friend just did not hit the red button.

She hit the green button then left the negative comment.

 

Not really ebay's fault.

No, that's a new one... I've only ever seen comments removed and the neg stays, or everything removed (except when the FB is revised by the buyer, which I'm presuming didn't happen here). 

 

Can't really comment further though, only speculate

there has been a bit of this of late. negs received by one seller here were removed then all reinstated, however they told me once feedback was removed it could not be reinstated. It can when it suits ebay.
