I have had a message from someone stating they are blocked from
purchasing and could I please allow them to purchase... I checked buyer
requirements and there is nothing there for today or yesterday. But I
have blocked them in my blocked bidders list...
So a friend of mine told me about feedback they left for a seller - very
much deserved IMO - into a positive by ebay... and the negative comment
is still there next to a green dot! Anyone ever seen this before?

Ha anyone ever used the Make Offer function in ebay messages when a
buyer asks a question? Is it true that they are only offered the
