Michelle is a special buyer who imports special rat food into Tas for her rodent pets. Never mind the quarantine laws! (Damn the torpedoes! Full steam ahead!) 

An earlier thread had her try to buy twice & be rejected by an OS seller due to quarantine laws. Maybe the poor seller forgot & sent the items & they yet again escaped Tassie customs? Maybe why Michelle is having troubles paying? The seller cancelled the original sale - but Michelle bought again; Just to test the seller's integrity!

Remember when she accused the neighbour of stealing her packages?
