I raised the dispute on the Australia Post website and created an account with them. I have filed a paypal complaint, the seller escalated it and said the location listed on the tracking page is not the delivery address but the Australia post sorting address ? but it clearly states the sorting centre suburb , then says delivered to ....and names the suburb - which is ten minutes drive from where I live, you have to click on the tracking number and go to the Aust Post website to see that much information though.
