I've curtailed quite a lot of my overseas purchases via eBay in the last couple of years (not due to any issues with items not arriving etc, but I just tend to find there's less here I want to buy, and/or I buy it elsewhere), but I still do purchase a few things every month from overseas sellers - so far I've received everything, with delivery timeframes of anything from 1 week to 6, and I am seeing longer ETAs in the listings, too (at the moment, some of that may be taking Chinese holidays into account, there was about a 1 week holiday recently, and factories will be closing on the 10th of January for a couple of weeks).

In saying that, there were some sellers who I purchased from a couple of times a while ago, and I soon realised it was kinda pot-luck in terms of if something would arrive, and if it did it was usually 8 weeks later. They had a few IDs, but I managed to identify most of them because they all used the same photos and SKUs for the items I wanted to buy.  If I contacted them about non-arrival, they were sometimes helpful, other times fairly reluctant to genuinely help, and I remember opening PP disputes once or twice out of frustration (eg they would ask if I wanted them to resend or refund, but then say things like "we can't find your transaction in order to refund" - as a seller, I know it's pretty easy to track a payment down, even if you have multiple IDs, and multiple PP accounts, they found the transactions quick enough once a dispute was opened).
