Yet more checkout issues. Typically when I checkout to pay I dont have to sign into paypal but last week and today when trying to pay ebay is having me sign into paypal.When I do so it just refreshes the page and does not continue to payment confirm. It seems to happen when trying to pay for a multiple item invoice.Last week it worked  itself out after a couple hours but now is it happening again today.Anyone else have this issue.
