anyone else for that mistake,(never pay by bank deposit as you have no protection)

Then if paypal symbol is on the web page for payment then why did payment not go through but was presented with bank details for payment is this not against polcy of ebay and paypal.

Yes, it is against policy and the buyer needs to tell the seller to fix their paypal account so the item can be paid for.

 

And if it is a pickup item then the best method of payment is cash on pickup after inspecting the item and making sure it is as described.

The information was general and intended to inform others when it is acceptable not to use paypal.

 

I have bought pick up items from other states when I have had a friend or relative who can collect it and pay cash after inspecting.

There was a similar scam with legit looking website based in oz that was selling outdoor stuff and bbqs at around 50% of retail (first red flag) but then offered a discount if you paid with direct deposit instead of card (second red flag). So hundreds of morons paid up and it turned out it was based overseas and impossible to get your money back.

went back and checked and there he was the man who took my money without sending the goods Mr REMOVED himself what a joke, i hope he finds it edyfying as a buyer only I have  never really looked at my own profile i never really looked at this aspect of followers before, and yes it is stalking, considering he never answered emails or sends the goods paid for, Its good to know he is taking such a interest,  or maybe gloating at his cunning at having ripped $600.

I really hope his companies  have a good year and he can go to the greek islands and lead a good life but we all know where we go in the end.

 

And thank you for the tip i had assumed i might have followed his sales like i have done with others
