Targeted? It is advertised as '10% off sitewide' and '10% of everything' with no '*'.. I would question what it is targeting!

 

I read that as anything currently listed on the eBay site..

 

It is not working for me either.

Did your account actually recieve the offer ?  I recieved the offer on one account and made a purchase on a different account. It seems that the second account is not eligable for the offer....Smiley Sad

 

Looks like only some id's recieved the offer.
