The PULL5 code is quite old....it has probably ended by now.

Also, if you have already used it for two purchases you can only use it for one more transaction, not two more.

Did you put the two items in the cart and pay for them at the same time?   You can put up to 10 items in the cart and pay for them in one transaction to maximise the use of the code.
