I would like to know, however, why you didn't think to respond to jacquie at the time. You have certainly been prolific in posting on this thread between the time she posted anf the time you 'replied'. One could almost suspect an ulterior, bumping excuse, motive. More likely, it is simply that you don't read what is written in order to provide a germaine response.
I reply when I want and when I remember something.

Like your contention that sellers of collectibles are shooting themselves in the foot by using the GSP, so that means the sellers of non-collectibles should boycott the GSP. After all, the 1% should rule, hey?
You make no sense with what you say.
Anyway sellers of collectables are missing out on the potential for good profit by having bidders frightened away by the outlandish costs of global shipping. Also with the repacking and what I have experienced (It can be pathetic) there is the potential for damage.
Buyers miss out too as desired items become less-desireable when the postage is 3 times the norm. And combining, forget it as that 3 times the norm can become 5 to 6 times.
Example: What once cost $13 in post can now cost $68. Who in their right mind wants to embrace that? Who in their right mind wants to defend such a scam?
