New scam on ebay

Rip off by a scammer on ebay with 5 other buyers same item changing barcode on printed out postage show tracking shows delivered
Ebay wont refund even thou they suspended this scammer and paypal carnt do **bleep** either

Try a chargeback with your bank if you paid by PayPal linked to credit card.

You could always phone back Paypal, ask to speak to a supervisor and tell them you intend to bring in the Financial Ombudsman Service if they don't refund your money.

The scammer cleared out his paypal account and paypal must go by ebay rules plus ebay doent supply them with any information on the claim

When you can take screenshots of the seller's feedback and download it to the dispute.

If it's the seller you left the neg for just click on their ID and you'll get their feedback page.
