And here;'s me thinking.......... to find out what address the scammer altered the PDF file to in Abbey or some such after the original ridgey didge label was printed (so that the correct address was recorded by ebay and AP and also a label printed acknowledgement was recieved by ebay) and then discarded it Then printed a munted one that had been altered to an address that had the same postcode as the sellers so that a delivered scan would be recorded......... you would need access to the scammers computer and I do not think AP would have that..... how about you?
I do think AP would have the GPS coordinates of where the delivery scan was made.... how about you?

I'm very glad to hear that.
What steps did you take to get the refund? Is it through PayPal or eBay? Did you have to lodge a claim with the FOS?

So you did not take any notice of anything that was said on your multiple threads?
You could have had your refund with much less agro if you had followed the suggestions made here.

So you think that AP recorded and stored the GPS coordinates of the million odd scanned articles delivered on the day that the OPs artcile was shown as delivered and at the whiff of a barcode can pinpoint exactly where the scan occurred ?????

I don't know for how long they keep the GPS records... but once I had a problem because the seller had not given me the tracking number (even if I had asked for it) and the parcel contractor had not knocked or even left a card in my mailbox. A week after the estimated delivery time I asked the seller again and when she heard that the item had not arrived she woke up and gave me the tracking number. With the tracking number AP said that the item was awaiting collection at the post office. I said that I had been home every day waiting for it and that nobody had come or left a card. Well, they were able to check GPS and confirmed that the parcel contractor had not been here and redelivered the parcel... This was a week after the parcel contractor was supposed to have come and had lied about "attempted delivery".
