New scam on ebay

Rip off by a scammer on ebay with 5 other buyers same item changing barcode on printed out postage show tracking shows delivered
Ebay wont refund even thou they suspended this scammer and paypal carnt do **bleep** either

update ebay refused my apeal sticking to the tracking issue so official ebay buyers quarentee IS A JOKE DONT THINK YOU GET ANY COMMON SENCE FRIM THEM

Oh for heavens sake go back and read what you have been told to do to bypass ebay.

You wtill have plenty of options before you have lost your money.

If you carry on to the CS people the way you are carrying on here then it is no wonder they are not taking any notice of you.

So you've been to Ap and found out what address was written on the label? That the label was in fact altered? That the altered address was different to the barcoded one?

I don't know how I'd feel losing $560 to a suspended scammer. I would never be in that position, but if I was, I would actually READ and APPLY the suggestions I was given to resolve the issue, not keep banging on about it.

Did you actually open a paypal dispute AFTER the ebay dispute failed?

I don't mean just talking to someone at paypal who has apparently given you wrong advice.

yes did that and told them i take it to fos made no difference they are protecting the own print out lable and 10% off postage service dont want to show it can be scammed tracking

I thought if a seller changed the address on a label it negates any seller protection?

But carnt prove that dont know were the parcell end up because he change the adress and postie only scans the bar code when delivering that show delivered to my adress

And here;'s me thinking.......... to find out what address the scammer altered the PDF file to in Abbey or some such after the original ridgey didge label was printed (so that the correct address was recorded by ebay and AP and also a label printed acknowledgement was recieved by ebay) and then discarded it Then printed a munted one that had been altered to an address that had the same postcode as the sellers so that a delivered scan would be recorded......... you would need access to the scammers computer and I do not think AP would have that..... how about you?
