Local buyers will be forced to buy of me as they won't want to have to pay those hefty prices for Pitney Bowes' Global Shipping scam and be ripped off. 
Just like the earthquake in New Zealand, a horrific and tragic event, it helped stimulate the building industry. So good things can be a side-benefit from horrid things.
