these sellers doing the wrong thing should at a minimum be at bottom of all search

but really should not be visible and they would then conform to rules and ebay would still make the $$

but lazy and incompetent are their trademarks.

It all comes down to bad management - many companies have employees that are useless but they are managed properly.

Watermark and text on images are ok as long as they are not contact details. Ebay changed their mind with banning all watermarks and text on images last year.

Judging by the numerous other negatives you have left for sellers I would say your removed feedback has broken the rules for feedback.

You language leaves a lot to be desired and the only reason several of those feedback remain is because the sellers are no longer registered so cannot apply to ebay to have your comments removed.

I am sure many sellers will be glad to see your comments on the boards.

Have you checked the answers you have received on your other thread?

Ebay will definitely remove feedback that breaks the rules.

The seller does not have to have anything to do with it, although ebay is quicker to remove it if the seller complains.

Did you mention a dispute in the feedback...that is the most common reason for it being removed.

However, ebay can reinstate it depending on the reason for removal.   It will not be reinstated if it broke the rules in the first place.

Unfortunately some sellers seem to be looked after when it comes to getting negatives removed. I had one removed within hours after I left it, presumably because I mentioned the item being an illegal copy and I've heard she's had a lot more removed too. She's selling photocopies of copyrighted material and is now quite blatant about it but ebay does nothing. She's now selling digital copies on ebay AU so either the rules have changed or she really is untouchable (registered in Australia, not China).
