It depends  - where the seller is located is not necessarily where the item is located, and that's what the listing has to state (otherwise it's misrepresentation and a policy breach).So it's poossible that while the seller is based in the US, their products ship from Australia. It is actually common practice to misrepresent item location, though, but it seems action is rarely - if ever - taken against sellers who do it.
