When I tried to print my first labet after my account was migrated, it wouldn't print.  I called the Click & Send help phone # and was successfully helped to solve the problem.  Apparently, my version of Adobe for handling PDFs was not the latest version.  I updated that and now my labels and documents print.


 


On the occasions when I've needed to call the C&S help #, I've found them easy to understand and quite helpful.  Try calling them.
