The email a buyer receives notifying them of a strike actually has the link and instructions for having the strike removed.

You click on the link, put in an excuse (anything will do because nobody actually reads it) and press enter, the strike is overturned almost instantly. I dont know exactly how many times you can get away with this before ebay pull you up on it, but i've personally done it twice within a very short timeframe with really weak excuses.
