I wonder if they meant to put in $11 or $12 or $11.20 and hit too many numbers, or put the decimal in the wrong spot?

They haven't replied as yet, either, so still not 100% sure if the charge is correct or not. It's the last 48-odd hours of a 7 day auction, so I would expect them to check in pretty soon...

They may have gotten some bids, if they'd either checked their own
listing when it went up, or at least checked messages.

The seller replied and confirmed they intended to enter $12 P&H, and the listings have been revised, so in this case it was a genuine mistake (which they were thankful to be alterted to).
