Get outta town!      Up to the seller?      Lotsa seller's ready to rip you off

given the chance. Some old-time seller's, who only sell in a blue moon, don't even

keep up with the new policies

And I'm not saying that this is the case here 

 And as for ebay - Excessive postage is against ebay's policy. 

 If it's reported, why is nothing done?
