No, not too many negs I am only 1.69%, and my selling dashboard states I am TSR.  But it also says I have 473 feedback. Even if it was only assessed on 458, I would still be TSR.

Premium is not showing up (even though I have made sure some listings are eligible for premium).

This type of thing is happening every month when Ebay evaluates my account.

Last time similar stuff happened (% didnt add up, and defects magically appeared then disappeared, despite no buyers giving me any), it righted itself after a week of numbers changing.

I guess Ebay is just tinkering again.
