just my thoughts on the subject

e-cigarettes are the best invention in the past 10 yrs for me

i was a smoker for 30yrs now saved thousands by useing e-cigaretes

there only illegal in my eyes because the goverment aint makeing any money from them

the taxs on a cigarette is embarrising

$180 for a carton of benson and hedges in australia

$20 for the same carton duty free in most countries

the health benefits alone from useing e-cigaretes  should make them legal

just my thoughts

i was in paddys sydney mkts last friday 3 sellers were openely selling e-cigarettes and the juice

im in w.a and they are totally banned for sale at any mkts

i get my supplies from nz

I hear the non-smokers - a product that seemingly works to break the cycle !

... and understand totally the angst of some if eBay have got their policy basis incorrect

... but I am still yet to read a post that actually links to a reliable source that demonstrates that retailers are actually free to list non-nicotine e-cigarettes and their components Australia wide - in a ll states -  that would be OK within all current state and territories legislation - without a trader breaching eBay policy and copping a violation due to their policy OR more importantly not potentially facing prosecution through an item that does at the moment appear to be banned in some states.
