Yeah ... exactly.

 

They are on their last chance with us ... three strikes and they are out.

No point complaining either, if a driver doesn't turn up or a parcel goes missing ... all you get is 'If it doesn't turn up in a few days, or if the driver doesn't turn up, just call us the next day and we'll look into it'.

 

NOT GOOD ENOUGH - TOO LATE

 

The damage is already done ... has ebay forgotten about positive feedback being integral to running a business on here ... and obviously forgotten to tell Fastway?

 

It appears that Fastway is totally unaware that their tardiness can ruin a business in less than 48 hours ... ebay obviously forgot to send out that memo to them.
