Back again with a doubt. Can anyone help me figure out how I can have a parcel post sticker like the one in image and stick on a domestic letter to add tracking?

Find attached the image so that you can get a clear idea. Normally all parcels less than 500 gms are charged around $7.15 by eBay. Any idea how this can be acheived and what would be the cost?

Its from an item I bought on ebay and it defnitely did not have a margin of more than $7. So guessing there should be a cheaper way of sending itmes through domestic letter with tracking.
