I sent a standard 500g parcel to NSW about a week ago, and because their printer was down, instead of using a PC-generated postage paid sticker, the girl used postage stamps instead, along with a parcel post tracking sticker as per the OP's image. Being a #1 padded bag, I've no idea why she used all low-value stamps because she had to overlap them all to make them fit!
