The listing doesn't actually say that that item is in QLD, all I can see is that it's from "Warehouse 13 Australia"    How would the buyer know from where it was shipped if the location isn't in the listing? We aren't mind readers you know

I am going to assume OP that the 11 days also included at least one weekend making it only 9 business days, but no buyer wants to hear that any more than  they want to know the cost of postage (until the time comes and they need to return something at paypals request)
