Very true Patchoo, but then the buyer really should not have assumed it was Sydney either. Same old same old, can't please all the people.......   I am going to assume OP that the 11 days also included at least one weekend making it only 9 business days, but no buyer wants to hear that any more than  they want to know the cost of postage (until the time comes and they need to return something at paypals request)

That is puzzling... I'm assuming the buyer has the item so it should say on the postmark from where it was posted.. Even so, the seller really should have put the correct location in the listing
