Has anyone ever won a chargeback? How long did it take? What did you have to do to win? Was it an Australian buyer or OS buyer?

Just got this message from PP:

Because you followed the guidelines of the Seller Protection Policy,

 PayPal will cover the amount of the chargeback. 


 It took less than 4 weeks, she was from Gawler SA, i did make one call to PP (the 1800 number) just to check if there is anything more that would make my case more likely to succeed.
