I sold an item as pickup only four days ago. The buyer came around and paid in cash. The buyer has left positive feedback as have I. I marked the item as sent (I'm new to selling, I hope this was right to do for a pickup item). The only icon that isn't lit up is the shopping cart which states that the buyer hasn't completed the checkout.
I have received the money and the buyer has received the item, we've both left feedback, do I need to prompt her to complete the checkout? Is my feedback score affected by this?
