I'm not understanding why you want to get your mailing addresses from file management centre. These functions are more for archival purposes than daily use.
After your buyer completes checkout and has paid the mailing address can be obtained from the sales record.
I would recommend you subscribe to the basic Selling Manager (or the Pro version if you are a store holder). It has a number of features that you will find useful. The basic version is free to non stores and the Pro version is free to store holders.
