mitrax just because the response you got from Minister wasn't what you might want to hear, it does not mean for a second that your letter was not duly noted, indeed the more letters received the more likely it is that will be public servants writing briefs for the Minister on key matters issues raised in correspondence, including international post subsidy through domestic services.
IMO whilst I can't see the Government interfering in the profit-making activities of AP, a "review" of some of the AP activities that have legislative boundaries including parcel compensation, is not entirely unreasonable to expect if the pressure keeps up. It may be too, that such reviews or investigation are undertaken "internally".
