I took 2 packages to the PO today that I prepared with C&S:

1 - Flat rate Bx1 with Signature on Delivery, paid online - Scanned OK

2 - Own packaging pay-by-weight with Signature on Delivery, paying at PO - Would NOT scan

Had this exact same problem last time.
