I always print out the name and address and put this on the satchel so they can read it.

I thought the old labels had the lettering too small and therefore also write the address on the box with texta.  But of course, the postie has to deliver to the address on the label not something else written on the parcel, so they do actually have to be able to read the label.  :_|
