I also just went and bought some of those mailers, they look pretty handy.

And today I took 2 packages to the post office, both prepared with C&S and both with SOD specified and both using my own packaging.

Well, one of them scanned in OK with SOD.. and the other wasn't recognised and needed an extra label. So I give up with this stupid system, and I think my PO does too 😞
