If tte catagory supports multi varient listings then it will give that option at the top of the listing page, items must be BIN. If not then you can mention it in the listing but run the risk of buyers not specifying and not replying to emails so you end up either taking a guess which one they want if they pay or having to open an unpaid item dispute if they don't. The only other option is to have different listings for each one.
