I'm really confused now. Just did a couple of searches.
It seems black mammy dolls and Aunt Jemima dolls are allowed.
Aren't they just the same as golliwog/golly?
I would have thought that they, too, would be de-listed
And is it the name or the likeness that is frowned upon?
There are quite a few listings for black knitted dolls/ black dolls that are still golliwogs

Well, there's you're problem.... By which I mean, eBay is pretty well known for its inconsistency, both in policies and enforcing them, so if they're going to be your ruler for measurement, confusion is to be expected.

been on ebay a long time have had 1 listing removed a cystal necklace then the other day
a bulk lot of jewellery which had been on for nearly 9 days I looked and looked and could not find a violation
anywhere and try to find our why (useless) why is it so hard for us sellers I am like you so sick of it
