No.    A seller can say that there is a discount for paying by bank deposit, but they can not charge more than the listed price for PayPal. (Also, I wish I could get paid $15 for taking about 30 seconds to click a few buttons :8} ).

I agree but does ebay enforce this or paypal. I think it is a joke concidering it does cost to accept different payment options
