This promotion was supposed to be for single item quantity only.

Anyone else noticing that listings with more than 1 quantity are coming off this promotion tonight?  And they are not showing up in the account fees as insertion fees so it seems to be an error on their part.  The listings are not coming off my monthly 40 items but the promotion instead.
