Understand the principle and reasoning. It's just the implementation is putting many at risk who don't warrant it.

 

AP are trying to automate everything and get everyone out of going to post offices, this is counter to that.

 

Keep in mind many buyers leave feedback way after item has ben recieved, and they are just guessing whether it arrived by due date. It may even have been sitting in their box for days before collecting. So why is their ticking off this box somehow reliable evidence of performance
