Joe, how many times have I seen you post his comment, use another service or try another PO.

Please get this through your head, MANY SELLERS DO NOT HAVE THE LUXURY OF THOSE OPTIONS!

I used to be one of those, I lived in a small village of 360 people (over half of whom are related to me), the "big town" was over an hour away.  The village had a small privately run PO, a general store and a pub.  There were no other options but Auspost, couriers did not pick up from or deliver to our village, and as I worked full time in the village, driving to town each day to pick up or send off parcels was impossible.  I only just had enough time after work to get to our little PO, and they closed for lunch.

Lots of people are in similar situations and cannot use couriers or change POs, so please understand that your "one size fits all" attitude is both flawed and frustrating.
