Just do as already suggested....ring paypal as soon as the item shows as delivered and your funds should be released. If not, contact the FOS.
I have had funds held from another account I have (i am not a huge seller), but they seem to have removed it after about 6 months. It is a very low volume/value account, maybe 5 sales and $50/month.
