Australia Post have no interest in offering a quality service to its customers. They say all the corporate spin but at the end of the day they take our money, provide a very average service and wipe their hands of any responsibility when they loose a parcel or stuff up.


 


Regardless of what we get told here, AP couldn't care less.


The amount of misinformation dealt out by AP over the last 6 weeks has been overwhelming and very disappointing.


 


Nothing they say can be relied upon at all.
