It's unbelievable to me that Australia Post expect you to take out extra cover to protect the items THEY are being paid to deliver.
And, "at their discretion" may compensate you. That's just laughable. I pay for your service, and you MAY compensate me if YOUR EMPLOYEE "loses" my article.
No wonder we're "the lucky country".
