I'm glad you got an answer, and I'm (kind of) glad that it may be possible to qualify got discretionary compensation with flat rate C&S (I say "maybe" because I no longer have the capacity to take one AP rep at their word - I feel the overwhelming need to have it confirmed at least in triplicate by separate reps, and / or visible in black and white on the site, before I'll trust it :^O ).
