One always figured there would be issues arise with the split, but that is unbelievable and could so easily be missed.

 

Instead of responding with a load of crock - we no longer have any insight into their site issues. We cannot force PayPal to resend the payment data, I would have thought they would be taking urgent steps, based on the information you supplied, to resolve the issue with PayPal, regardless of where the problem lies. 

 

Do they not have any regard for, responsibility or duty to sellers paying Store Fees etc and I am totally surprised, if for no other reason, they didn't investigate further as they would be losing a lot in FVFees.
