Yes it is, could never understand why Ebay stopped sellers from leaving negatives for buyers, made it way to easy for buyers to leave negatives for sellers over the slightest thing. It also helped sellers weed out the not so good buyers out there

I am happy to report that the buyer left positive feedback for one of the items.

Oh, so he brought more than one item? Doesnt only the first feedback count if someone buys more than one item? If that's the case then your in the clear and that would be great.

If the items were bought at the same time only only one feedback counts.  It does not make any difference when feedback is left.....only when the items were bought/paid for.

Mmmm, I was of the same opinion as you stawks (musta been something we read on the boards at some time perhaps ),

so I've learnt something too.  I have often held back leaving feedback for some really good sellers who appear to have received some negs, just to try & help them out a bit (voluntarily of course !), so seems that is a waste of time

Must have misinterpreted it somewhere.

 

But ebay says

 

 How Feedback works
For each transaction, buyers and sellers can leave Feedback for each other. Feedback consists of a rating and a short comment.

I received another positive feedback from the buyer,  I'm relieved the waiting is over.    After the couple of messages I received I felt sure I would get negs....I wonder if I should unblock them now!
