Thanks for the reply guys I really appreciate it. Unfortunately with this buyer you would have sensed it would make no difference as they did not open a dispute. I do beloeve has was broken. I have had no disputes ever since starting selling (yes I know :)) I would rather not fighting and the $10 refund is not a big deal it is the fact that I don't want buyers to thing I package items badly. The first offer of sensing a replacement was ignored that is why I offered a partial refund for feedback revision. She is the type that wasn't going to be happy with any solution provided over such a trivial thing. But she did agree to go with it and my question is whether than should be enough todelete the feedback as I provided her 3 options if she can revise feedback and se agreed even though in her response she did not say 'yes I will revise feedback'
