I'm not sure what a 'drop proces' is, but I doubt it's the answer.
Most small ($5mill or less) sellers seem to be experiencing throttling. I know that my sales are relatively static regardless of the number of items I have listed, and a couple of bigger than usual sales will almost guarantee no sales until that 'extra' profit has been absorbed.
Unless you are a big box seller - JB, Big W, Harvey Norman, Dick Smith, etc - you are not considered relevant to eBay's business model and you need to be satisfied with the crumbs you are given.
Plus you seem to be selling a fairly niche product, which will limit your potential buying audience.
No offense, but I just want a stubbie cooler to keep a stubbie cool, so I'm not a potential customer.
