I had a buyer from a country that I don't post to, wrote to them and said postage would be expensive and difficult and I would cancel the sale if they wanted to. Didn't hear back so after I week I put in a cancellation request (problem with address) and it is now sitting there with a message saying waiting for the buyer to confirm they had got a refund - well, they had not paid, as I couldn't provide a postage amount, so not sure how that works. Then today, 2 days later, I get a message from the buyer providing a US address to send it to. So my question is, can I cancel the cancellation? I can't see any process for doing that but thought maybe it does exist.

If the cancellation of the cancellation can't be done is it possible to relist the item again for a specific buyer (while of course it's still sitting there in the sold section on my page)?
