If she's dinged you for item description and also mentioned it in the feedback, I'd be contacting eBay and asking them to remove that rating/defect. If your ads clearly say the pattern is only on one side and that's what she's dinged you for, then your item was as described. They should remove it. I managed to get 2 removed via email, but I'd still recommend calling rather than emailing.

Not sure about the percentage thingy. I know the new system doesn't come in until Feb. I don't know whether our current defects vanish then or not, or whether they just have to wait to drop off after 12 months.
